Welcome Guide

Welcome to Rising Lotus Sangha. We are an online community of Soto Zen Buddhist practitioners, and those interested in Zen. Whatever your tradition, wherever you are in the world, we welcome you to practice with us. The beauty of an online sangha is that you can join us from wherever you are. That might mean your home zendo or sacred space, your car, your sofa, your recliner,  or your bed. Whether you are sick or well, on your lunch break or at home, you are welcome. 

 

A Zen community that practices online may seem a very different way to approach practice. We want you to know that we respect the courage it takes to do something the first time.
