Kinhin
Again, the following is here for you to read, but don’t let it overwhelm you! We will give instructions on the day for Kinhin as well.
If you join us for a half-day or for a full-day meditation retreat (Zazenkai), we break our sitting periods up with a 5 -10 minute period of walking meditation. This is also a perfect time to stretch, use the restroom, or leave the Zoom room if you need to.
