Zen Sunday with Dharma talk
Open to all. Join us for our usual Sunday: after greetings we'll mute up, then one or more of the sangha will lead chanting. We'll sit for 20 minutes meditation. Listen to the talk over tea or coffee (please prepare beforehand). Followed by our end chants.

About the event
We would appreciate it if you could join us before the top of the hour so that introductions can be made.
On the hour we will ask for everyone to mute, the bell will ring 3 times (we bow to Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha) and then start.
If you arrive after the session has started please enter muted and wait to be welcomed afterward or an appropriate time to introduce yourself, afterward.
Even if you're not familiar with the chants, they are all done in English (as it's the main language of the sangha group that meets); what's more important is to take the time to connect to the rhythm, tone, and pace of the event.
We then sit in meditation/zazen for 20 minutes.
Not quite up to 20 minutes? No worries. Join in the sit for as long as you are able, returning to it if you can within the time slot.
Not quite up to showing your face on camera? Again, no worries. Hopefully, as you get to know us this may change
No judgments, no apologies required; just remain on mute.

This week there is no Dharma talk. Usually, we would listen to the talk whilst enjoying our own premade beverage and discuss, followed by the closing chants
