Please join us for our weekly shared sitting practice.
Don't worry about bringing the kids or having pets, we want to make this accessible to you, so if you have concerns get in touch, using the email at the bottom of the page.
We would appreciate if you could join us before the top of the hour, so that introductions can be made.
On the hour we will ask for everyone to mute, the bell will ring 3 times ( we bow to Buddha, Dharma, Sangha) and then start our 20 minutes.
If you arrive after the sesson has started please enter muted and wait to be welcomed afterwards or an appropriate time to introduce yourself, afterwards.
Not quite up to 20 minutes? No worries. Join in the sit for as long as you are able, returning to it if you can within the time slot.
Not quite up to showing your face on camera? Again, no worries. Hopefully as you get to know us this may change
