Open to all. Please join us for 20 minutes of meditation as a group. (aka Zazen) If you are new to meditation. or can't "sit" in the traditional way, please don't worry. You are welcome to accommodate your body's needs. Just come as you are.

About the event

Please join us for our weekly shared meditation practice. Zoom link will be sent to you 30 minutes before the start of meditation. 

We would appreciate it if you could join us 5-10 minutes prior,  so that we can answer questions.

Don't worry about the kids or having pets, we want to make this accessible to you, so if you have concerns get in touch, using the email at the bottom of the page.

Not quite up to a full 20 minutes? No worries. Join in for as long as you are able.

Not quite up to showing your face on camera? Again, no worries.  You're free to join with your camera off. Hopefully, as you get to know us this may change

No judgments, no apologies required - just remain on mute.
